Commercial Job

Things are looking great for my photography business!  I’m pleased as we just finished our taxes, and we are definitely growing as more and more people see my artwork.

Also, a received an order for a commercial job with Gil Haugen Construction, here in Sioux Falls.  They are in the process of an office remodel, and are decorating with local photographer’s artwork.  I was pleased that they requested 3 of my prints, on watercolor, or giclee.  Basically, this is art paper vs. photo paper.  It has a very nice look to it.  The following are the images they chose:

Oh, I am so homesick! I grew up in Eastern Idaho and went to ceollge in Rexburg, Idaho. Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, Mesa Falls, Island Park, West Yellowstone–those were all places we year rounders (stayed in town to work during the summer) played. You didn’t happen to go through Swan Valley and stop at the Dam Store for Square Ice Cream? You should really try foil dinners. Just a few weeks ago DH and I camped in Sequoia National Park and made foil packet dinners. Pretty much anything tastes better after sitting in hot coals for a while.
